Village Trails
There is an extensive network of paths, trails and areas of open access land in the Peak District National Park which allow us to explore and enjoy its beauty whether by linking together the villages in the dales or getting away from it all on the high and remote moors.
If you are visiting and you'd like to find out more about where to go and what to do and what we think is special about our National Park please see below for downloadable leaflets. Leaflets can also be found in visitor centres and from various businesses in and around the villages mentioned.
If you would like to encourage people to explore using paths and trails in and around your part of the Peak District National Park, we've drawn up some guidelines (18KB) for leaflet design and layout.
Please ensure that you speak with landowners before promoting paths on their land.
