Further Information
Lockerbrook Farm was built in 1756 and is situated on an ancient packhorse route high above the Derwent Valley with stunning views over Ladybower reservoir. In 1964 it was rescued from dereliction by the Woodcraft Folk and developed to become an outdoor centre for young people and group accommodation open to all.
We are a purpose built residential centre for adventurous activities specialising in the provision of caving, rock activities, paddle-sports and team building for schools and youth groups and are licenced by the Adventure Activities Licencing Service. Our programmes are designed to support the John Muir Awards.
